Time is something we need to cherish. Take advantage of the time given. Be wise and know that every moment counts. God wants us to be cautious and careful and bold, watchful. He wants us to include Him in everyday things, life and its ups and downs. God is the Answer, Jesus is what we need (Romans 1: 4-6)! We are to use our time to reach the lost for Christ. We reach them with our words, actions and way of life. Our light should shine bright for all to see (Matthew 5:16). So ask God to help you via the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ to guide you to live the word in your life to point people to God. Make every second, minute & hour count for the Lord and destroy the plans of the enemy (1 John 3:8)!
Sunday: Ephesians 5:15-16 ESV
“Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.”
Reflection: Are you careful in how you walk? Are you wise in your steps? Making the best use of time?
Monday: Colossians 4:5 ESV
“Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time.”
Reflection: Are you walking in wisdom around others when out and about during your day?
Tuesday: Psalm 90:12 ESV
“So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.”
Reflection: Have you asked God to teach you to number your days with a heart of wisdom?
Wednesday: Acts 28:31 ESV
“Proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.”
Reflection: Are you going about with your time proclaiming the word of the Lord and teaching about Jesus with boldness & without hindrance? Ask God to help you do this.
Thursday: 1 Peter 5:8 ESV
“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.?”
Reflection:Are you sober-minded, watchful? Remember the devil looks for people that are distracted and off guard.
Friday: Joshua 1:9 ESV
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Reflection: Are you being strong and courageous? Remember, God is with you wherever you go.
Saturday: Ephesians 2:10 ESV
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
Reflection: Do you remember that you are God’s workmanship? And that you are created for good works? Remember, he prepared those good works before time for you to be able to walk in them and be successful with Him by your side.
